Dr. Oz Claims You Can Lose Your Behind with a “Butt-Busting” Brownie

love it
great plan
worth a try
not for me
Today, The Dr. Oz Show is featuring a four-step guide to getting rid of butt fat. The “Butt-Blasting Plan” consists of a supplement, a low-fat diet, a seven-day workout and a brownie. How can eating dessert help you lose fat? Dr. Oz claims that his no-bake dessert “revs up your metabolism.” There’s no sugar in this brownie either, just raw cacao power, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, milk, raisins and oats (see the full recipe at the end of this post).
For the rest of the diet, Dr. Oz recommends eating plenty of complex carbs and no more than 34 grams of fat. He explains that the butt is prone to storing fat, so it’s better to increase your carb intake when targeting this area. Dr. Oz adds that you should supplement this diet with 100 milligrams of kudzu root at breakfast. Kudzu is a climbing vine native to Japan and southeast China, and is used in traditional Chinese medicine.
Of course, exercise is also key to the butt blasting plan. Dr. Oz lays out a seven-day workout schedule, which consists of a different exercise to work the booty for each day. The exercises are donkey kicks, twisting lunges, dead lifts, a squat-to-jump move, glute glides using a chair, leg lifts while lying on your back and a bridge pose. Each exercise will be done 10 or 15 times.
Dr. Oz’s approach does combine the key elements of calorie restriction and exercise, however, it’s important to keep in mind that any plan to target one trouble area on your body will also require you to improve your overall fitness level. Even with significant weight loss, it can be difficult to change the underlying shape of your body without cosmetic surgery.

Cupcakes

Super easy and big impact!

You'll need:
Cupcakes
Frosting
Food coloring or icing color
Star tip and pastry bag
Cookies such as Mini Chips Ahoy or regular Chips Ahoy cut in half
Brown M&M's
White disc candy such as white chocolate melts (use the flat side)

First, cut a slit into the cupcake.

2. Insert cookie and start icing with a small star tip. The picture above is from a different cupcake and appears to be dyed coconut, which is also an option. Dyed coconut would give a shaggier look, but also remember that, if serving these at a party, coconut is a hit or miss. Lots of people don't like it however, most children could care less! LOL

3. Attach the brown M&M (pupils) to the white disks by either "gluing" together with a dab of frosting.

4. Stick the eyes down into the cupcake.

Done!

Great idea for the little one's or the kid at heart...No recipe, but sure it is easy to achieve...

Gingerbread Cake Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups AP flour
1/2 cup butter, melted (for lower fat, use applesauce)
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup molasses
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 1/2 teaspoons ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg

Icing
Betty Crocker pre-made sugar cookie frosting or
1 cup powdered sugar mixed with a few teaspoons of milk

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Oil and lightly flour your baking dish. Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and all spices in a large bowl. Whisk or sift well to combine. Add butter, milk, molasses and egg. Whisk by hand or with an electric beater on low for 2 – 3 minutes, or until batter is almost smooth.

Pour batter in baking dish, but not more than 3/4 full. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.

Cool completely before icing. Either use pre-made icing, or a little milk mixed with powdered sugar. You can use a Ziploc baggy with the corner cut away as a pipping bag.
